Cancellation Policy
- For cancellations received by July 15, 2015, 100% of the registration fee will be refunded. An administration fee of EUR 25 will be retained.
- For cancellations received between July 16, 2015 and August 15, 2015 50% of the registration fee will be reimbursed. An administration fee of EUR 25 will be retained.
- For cancellations after August 15, 2015 or no shows no refunds will be available.
- All refunds will be issued after the Conference.
- Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to the Eventmanagement team of the University of Vienna congress@univie.ac.at.
